Looking after more than just your ceremony.
Celebrant + Wedding Day Coordination
If you’d like me to conduct your ceremony and stay on to help coordinate the rest of your wedding day, this option brings both together. I’ll get to know your plans in the weeks beforehand, liaise with your venue and suppliers, and be there on the day to keep an eye on the details and deal with the practical things that crop up. I’ll conduct your ceremony as your Celebrant and Registered Solemniser, then continue looking after things behind the scenes until you and your guests are ready for dinner.
How It Works
1. We start with your ceremony
We’ll plan your ceremony together in exactly the same way as any couple booking me as their Celebrant and Registered Solemniser, making sure it feels personal to you and that all the legal requirements are covered where applicable.
2. Around six weeks before your wedding
We’ll go through the plans for your whole wedding day. I’ll get the details of your venue and suppliers, your timings, how you’d like things set up and any personal touches you’ve planned. This is when I start putting together the running order for the day.
3. I’ll liaise with your venue and suppliers
In the final weeks, I’ll make contact with the people involved so everyone knows the plan, the timings and where they need to be. I’ll work alongside your venue coordinator, with everyone clear on who is looking after what.
4. On the wedding day
I’ll arrive at the agreed time to check the ceremony and reception spaces, make sure the details we’ve discussed are in place and deal with the practical questions that crop up, leaving you free to get ready and enjoy the morning.
5. I’ll conduct your ceremony
When it’s time for the ceremony, my focus is completely on you. I’ll conduct your ceremony and, for a legal wedding, take care of the legal paperwork afterwards.
6. Then I’m back behind the scenes
Once the ceremony and paperwork are complete, I’ll continue coordinating the day. I’ll keep an eye on timings, liaise with your venue and suppliers, help with guest movement and photographs, check the reception details and deal with the little things that need attention.
7. Until it’s time for dinner
I’ll stay through the drinks reception and preparations for dinner, making sure everything is ready before you and your guests take your seats. Once you’ve made your entrance and dinner is underway, my job for the day is done.

A Few Things to Know
• This is ceremony and wedding day coordination rather than full wedding planning

• Heavy venue setup, furniture moving and supplier installations remain with your venue or suppliers
• After your ceremony, I’ll need a short period to complete any legal paperwork and pack away my ceremony materials before returning to coordination

Is This Right for You?
This option could be a good fit if you’d like the same person who has helped you plan your ceremony to stay with you and help keep the rest of the day on track.
It may suit you if:
• Your ceremony and reception are taking place at the same venue
• You’d like one familiar point of contact throughout the day
• You’ve planned your wedding yourselves but would rather not manage it on the day
• You want your venue and suppliers to have someone they can come to with questions
• You have personal details and finishing touches you’d like checked and set out as planned
• You’d like someone keeping an eye on timings while you concentrate on enjoying your wedding
• You like the idea of having your Celebrant and Registered Solemniser already there and familiar with how you want the whole day to run
Let’s Talk About Your Wedding Day
If you like the idea of having me there for both your ceremony and the coordination of your wedding day, get in touch and tell me a little about what you’re planning.
Every wedding is different, so we’ll have a chat about your venue, your plans and the level of support you need. I can then put together a quote based on your wedding day.
