If you wish your marriage to be legally recognised, you will normally need to complete the legal marriage formalities either in Ireland or in accordance with the laws of your country of residence. I'm happy to discuss your individual circumstances and guide you through the options available.

Planning and delivering a destination wedding involves much more than the ceremony itself. It requires additional planning, travel, coordination and time away from home to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Unlike a local ceremony, a destination wedding may require several days of travel and preparation. The Destination Wedding Ceremony Package reflects the additional time, commitment and flexibility involved, while providing the same personal service, support and attention to detail that all Timeless Ceremonies couples receive.
Who books the celebrant's travel and accommodation?
To ensure everything is booked correctly and confirmed, all travel and accommodation arrangements for the celebrant are booked directly by Timeless Ceremonies. The cost is then invoiced separately to the couple. This provides peace of mind that all travel arrangements are secure and confirmed well in advance of the wedding.
When do travel and accommodation costs need to be paid?
Travel and accommodation costs must be paid in full before any bookings are made. Once travel arrangements have been confirmed and paid for, these costs are non-refundable, as airlines and accommodation providers may apply their own cancellation policies.
Can we plan everything remotely?
Absolutely. Consultations can take place by video call, phone, WhatsApp or email, making the planning process easy wherever you are based.
Do we get to see our ceremony script before the wedding?
Yes. A draft of your ceremony script will be provided for review, allowing you to make amendments and ensure everything feels right for you before your wedding day.
Can we include symbolic rituals or personal elements?
