Welcome to Timeless Ceremonies (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our website at www.timelessceremonies.ie (“Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
 
1. Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue on the Site.
 
2. Services and Bookings:
All bookings made through this Site are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Please ensure all information provided during booking or inquiry is accurate and complete.
 
Booking Confirmation:
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the booking fee and a receipt issued. 
 
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be notified in writing. The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable except in exceptional circumstances which is at the discretion of Timeless Ceremonies. Once a first draft of a ceremony has been provided to the client no monies will be returned.
 
Rescheduling of your date:
Changes to booking dates are subject to our availability and may incur an administration fee.
 
 
3. Client Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the following:
·      Providing accurate and complete information for the planning and legalisation of your wedding.
·      Ensuring all legal documents are submitted on time (for legal weddings)
·      Informing us of any changes to your ceremony in a timely manner not limited to the script, witnesses, timings, venue etc.
·      Ensuring that the payment terms for officiating your ceremony are adhered to and that all payments have been made to Timeless Ceremonies 4 weeks prior to your ceremony taking place.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or the cancellation of your ceremony.
 
4. Intellectual Property:
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
 
5. Third-Party Links:
Our Site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Accessing these links is at your own risk.
 
6. User Content:
If you submit or post content (such as testimonials, reviews, or images), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services and marketing, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
 
7. Limitation of Liability:
We do our best to ensure the Site is accurate and up to date but make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site’s content or availability. We are not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect, consequential, or economic loss) arising from your use of the Site.

8. Social Media: 

Timeless Ceremonies (or our trusted representatives) may capture photos and/or video footage of your ceremony for use on our website and social media channels as part of our promotional content.

If you would prefer not to have your ceremony photographed or recorded, please let us know in writing no later than 7 days before your ceremony date. Unless we receive written notice, we will assume your consent has been given for the use of any images or video captured by Timeless Ceremonies.

9. Indemnification:
If you misuse this website or break these Terms, you agree to take responsibility for any costs, claims, or damages that Timeless Ceremonies, its owners, employees, or partners may face because of it.
 
10. Privacy:
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review it carefully.
 
11. Changes to Terms:
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
 
12. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
