Calm Support Behind the Scenes
Wedding Day Coordination
You’ve planned your wedding. Now you should be able to enjoy it. In the final weeks before your wedding, there can still be a lot to organise, from suppliers and timings to all those little details you’ve spent months choosing. I’ll get to know your plans, work alongside your venue and suppliers, and be there on the day to help make sure everything comes together as you intended.
How It Works
Around six to eight weeks before your wedding, we’ll go through your plans in detail so I understand how you want your reception to look and run.
I’ll get to know the important details, your timings and the suppliers involved, and where practical, we can walk through your venue together.
From there, I can liaise with your venue and relevant suppliers, answer the practical questions and build a clear plan for the day.
Whats Included
• Detailed planning and handover meeting around 6–8 weeks before your wedding
• Review of your wedding-day timings and reception plans
• Liaison with your venue and relevant suppliers
• Venue walkthrough with you, where practical
• A detailed wedding-day coordination plan
• Supplier contact and timing confirmations before the day
• Planning for your personal items, décor and finishing touches
• Setting out your personal items at the venue as agreed
• Checking room details, menus, signage, table plans and place settings
• On-the-day contact for your venue and suppliers
• Practical help with the little things that crop up on the day
• Wedding-day emergency kit for those unexpected moments
• Coordination through to your guests being called for dinner, within your agreed hours
A Few Things to Know
• This is wedding day coordination rather than full wedding planning
• Supplier bookings, contracts and payments remain with you
• Heavy venue setup, furniture moving and supplier installations remain with your venue or suppliers
• Coordination normally finishes as your guests are called for dinner, unless we agree additional hours in advance
On Your Wedding Day
While you’re getting married and enjoying your day, I’ll be at your reception venue making sure the details you’ve planned are coming together as they should.
I’ll work alongside your venue team and suppliers, set out your personal items as agreed, keep an eye on timings and deal with the practical questions that would otherwise find their way back to you.
If something small needs sorting, I’ll sort it. If plans need adjusting, I’ll work with the right people to find a solution, without involving you unless I genuinely need to.
It means you, your family and your wedding party can enjoy the day rather than worrying about what’s happening behind the scenes.
Need Something A Little Different?
Not every wedding needs the same level of support.
You might want me involved from six to eight weeks beforehand and there on the day until your guests are called for dinner. Or you may simply want a few hours of coordination at your venue to make sure everything is ready and running as planned.
Tell me what you’ve already arranged, where you feel you need some extra support and what you’d like me to take care of. I can then put together a coordination package around your wedding and what you actually need.
Tell Me About Your Wedding
Every wedding is different, so Wedding Day Coordination is quoted individually based on the support you need, your venue, location and timings.
Tell me a little about your wedding, what you’ve already planned and where you’d like some extra help. I’ll come back to you with a coordination option and price based on what you actually need.
